I would just like to take a moment to compliment one of your staff at Florida Public Utilities. Her name is GIA and she helped our organization, Christopher House of Hope immensely! We contacted her in regards to a hot water heater and she all but delivered it herself! She really exemplifies excellent customer service and I could only wish everyone that I deal with on the phone were even HALF as professional, kind and knowledgeable as Gia.
