Dear Gia,

We would like to acknowledge Matt Ryan, Distribution Mechanic I/Inspector, the FPU representative whose responsibility it was to locate our gas lines for possible relocation to the new natural gas main line.  Matt was faced with an outdated set of plans for our home and was very thoughtful and conscientious in contacting me, and also speaking to my general contractor, in order to trace the relocated lines and then do an updated drawing for FPU files and future use.  Matt was a pleasure to work with.

Lastly, you Gia (Araya, Inside Sales Representative), who responded to our request for additional service on the east side of our boulevard, virtually immediately, and offered us many useful and cost-effective ideas about appliances and services where we could substitute gas for electric.  Through your help, one of FPU’s outside contractors will be able to install the new line on the east side of the boulevard virtually without additional effort, as the force main opening is directly adjacent to the desired location for the new line and meter. 

Our appreciation to both of you and, obviously, to the fine supervisors behind you who contribute to the FPU system which, from our point of view, is working very well.
