About Florida Public Utilities Company
Florida Public Utilities Company provides energy services to communities in growing markets throughout Florida. The Company's distribution systems provide natural gas, propane gas and electric service. The Company does not generate electricity or produce natural or propane gas. The rates charged to our customers, except for propane gas, are regulated by the Florida Public Service Commission.
New Payment Centers:
Beginning November 1st , Florida Public Utilities will no longer process bill payments at our West Palm Beach, DeBary, or Fernandina Beach offices. To better serve our customers, we now have 300 new payment locations, including all Walmart stores. Our new payment partners offer extended hours and no service fees. Payments will post within 48 hours.

Emergency Service:
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have an gas emergency, please do not send us an email as it may not be received immediately. Please call us directly at 800-937-4427.
